Scott Langevin

Scott graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management & Insurance from the College of Business. Immediately following graduation Scott obtained his Property & Casualty Insurance Agent license from the State of Florida.

Scott started working at Avion when he was just 19 years old, during summer breaks from college and then began working full-time at Avion upon graduation at just 22 years of age. Scott is very proud that he has spent half his entire life and his entire professional career with Avion Insurance Agency. Scott earned the Certified Aviation Insurance Professional (CAIP) designation from the Aviation Insurance Association in 2005 and he is very proud to be one of less than 100 people worldwide to hold this prestigious CAIP designation reflecting his knowledge, experience and commitment to the Aviation Insurance industry.

Scott became the owner of Avion Insurance Agency in 2008 and continues to remain very active working with both underwriters and insureds on Avion's Commercial accounts and Corporate Aircraft Fleets. While handling these accounts daily for almost fifteen years, Scott has become extremely experienced and well versed in all aspects of aviation insurance gaining invaluable knowledge of aviation insurance coverages, aviation underwriter market preferences and niches, contractual interpretation, claims adjustment and market volatility adjustments.

Scott passionately embraces our great industry and feels it is very important to always remain professional and stay active within the following organizations which help to make the aviation insurance industry the great industry that it is. Scott regularly attends the annual conferences of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), Aviation Insurance Association (AIA) and the Florida Aviation Trades Association (FATA).

Scott is happily married to his high school sweetheart and they have two children. Scott enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis and passionately supporting his alma mater, FSU.

Chris Conroy

Chris graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics, with a minor in Aviation Safety and Business Administration. He continued his education at Embry-Riddle where he earned his Master of Business Administration in Aviation by graduating with Distinction. While attending Embry-Riddle he also obtained his Private Pilots License with Instrument Rating.

Chris has been with AVION since 2006 and is a licensed Property & Casualty and Surplus Lines Insurance Agent and is currently working on his CAIP designation. Chris is passionate about the Aviation Insurance Industry and enthusiastically attends the annual conferences of Aviation Insurance Association (AIA), Helicopter Association International (HAI), National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), and the Florida Aviation Trades Association (FATA). He currently serves as a producer and account manager for many commercial and corporate aviation accounts.

Chris enjoys golf, boating, skiing, CrossFit workouts and is the reigning Champion of the prestigious Aviation Insurance Fantasy Football League.


Debbie Robertson

Debbie is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent and has been with AVION since 2003. Debbie primarily focuses on AVION’s commercial accounts specializing in General Liability, Workers Compensation and Commercial Automobile as well as AVION’s Pleasure & Business aircraft accounts. In addition Debbie also manages AVION’s insurance licensing and regulatory compliance. Debbie’s previous experience as an Underwriter Assistant at United States Aircraft Insurance Group (USAIG) along with her tenure at Avion total a decade of service in the aviation insurance industry and have proven to be a tremendous benefit to AVION.

Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children and she is a sports fanatic. Debbie loves to watch football (go Dolphins), baseball (go Yankees) and basketball (go Magic).
